About Pharwar Pharmaceuticals
The mission of Pharwar Pharmaceuticals, Inc. is to provide small molecule compounds to achieve effective neural regeneration for multiple neurodegenerative disorders, including Amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS; or commonly called Lou Gehrig’s disease), and other neurodegenerative diseases. Another major mission is to attenuate cocaine addictive behavior for cocaine-addicted patients.

Anti-SIAH1 inhibitors
The small molecule inhibitors discovered by Pharwar Pharmaceuticals, Inc. represent a new class of small molecule inhibitors (anti-SIAH1 inhibitors) that have been shown to achieve neural regeneration of degenerated neural tracts (thereby attenuating cocaine addictive behaviors), improve the symptoms and delay the onset of neural degeneration in ALS patients, etc. The strength of these small molecule compounds is so powerful that similar neural regenerative effects from other types of treatment have not been shown in the field of neural regeneration.
